All Sales Are Final All Authencity products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at keithanthonybougere@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Address Authencity is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
